Built for SAP ECC 6.0 · Plant Maintenance

Plan the job.
Skip the blank sheet.

Planwise Bench drafts SAP work orders and task lists from a plain-language job description, complete with steps, crafts, hours, materials, and safety notes, then exports clean Excel for SAP ECC 6.0: LSMW, Winshuttle, or straight paste into SAP GUI.

Runs in your browser. Never connects to SAP. You approve every line.

How it works

Four steps from a rough scope to an upload-ready file.

  1. 1

    Describe

Type the job or paste a rough scope or notification. Add the functional location and long text if you have them.

  2. 2

    Draft

Get a sequenced plan with operations, crafts, hours, materials, and safety notes.

  3. 3

    Review

Edit anything in a spreadsheet-style grid. Undo, reset, reorder. You approve every line.

  4. 4

    Export

Download SAP-ready Excel and a printable work pack.

Drafts that think like a planner

Proven sequence

Prepare, make ready, isolate, verify, execute, test, restore, close out.

Catches forgotten steps

Scaffold removal, isolation verification, leak tests, and loop checks are flagged when missing.

Your codes, not generic ones

Load your own work centers, control keys, and material numbers so drafts match your system.

Upload-ready Excel

Column-mapped, validated workbooks for LSMW and Winshuttle, plus flat text files.

Reusable task lists

Turn a good plan into a standard task list for next time.

Built around the equipment

Pick the equipment type and get tasks, intervals, and safety flags that fit, including a full PM plan structure.

Undo, reset, copy, paste

Change anything without fear. Undo every step, reset to the original draft, copy to and from Excel and SAP.

Built for SAP ECC 6.0

Layouts follow classic PM transactions: IA01, IA05, IA11, IP41–IP43, and IW31.

You stay in control

Nothing touches SAP. You review, export, and load on your terms.

Agent review flags

  • Added scaffold dismantle step (0100); the original scope had no removal step.
  • Safety: flammable gas service. Confirm gas test, purge acceptance criteria, and permit type per site procedure.
  • QA/QC: leak test (0080) and loop check (0090) marked as hold points.
  • Materials: gasket set and probe seals suggested; planner adds material numbers.
  • Repeat work: save as a standard task list for this probe type.

Generic example. Work center codes, durations, and crew sizes are illustrative.

Export your way
